Step 2 - Ready to Book
Firstly, you need to go to the Desktop Site where you have full functionality for online bookings.
If you are ready to book you can pay your deposit online by clicking the “Book This Holiday” button on the right hand side of the holiday you wish to book.
You will be taken to our new Holiday Booking System which allows you to book the entire process including all the booking details and request extras and then you will have the option to pay by Paypal or Debit/Credit Card.
(You can also click the “Book Now” button in the header of any page on the web site. If you select this you will need to choose the destination and the holiday in the Holiday Booking System).
If you want any extras such as extra nights or room upgrade please complete this on the Holiday Booking System and we will check availability and confirm your requests.
Other Payment Methods
If you do not want to pay online you can
put a cheque in the post (please make all cheques payable to “Alpha Painting Holidays”)
pay by BACS (Please call or email us for our bank details and include your name in the reference)
Step 3 - Deposit Required
The deposit required (per person) is
£175 for residential holidays in the UK,
£100 for non-residential holidays in the UK (Please contact us if you wish to pay online, so that we can set up an email link, see below for details)
You will receive email confirmation within a few minutes and full details of your booking confirmation will follow shortly afterwards, when all extras have been confirmed.
We will then send you an email when the final balance is due (90 days before the start of the holiday). The email will contain a link allowing you to pay the final balance by Paypal or Debit/Credit Card.
If you pay your deposit via BACS,
We will send email confirmation once we have received the payment. If you require this confirmation please advise when you have sent the payment. Please be aware that some bank transfers are immediate but others can take a few days. Postal confirmation will follow shortly afterwards.
If you pay your deposit by cheque,
We will send you postal confirmation which will include the date that the final balance is due.
