Paint the beautiful Wye Valley with
Richard Green in Watercolours.
We will paint a mixture of subjects
including buildings in the landscape at
places like Tintern Abbey, Tintern Old
Station, Tintern Parva and St. Briavel's.
We will also paint at Raglan Castle and
possibly Monmouth. Subjects will include
castles, old ruins, bridges, cottages and
villages.
Richard has a relaxed approach to
watercolour painting and creating those
simple yet dynamic images that they
admire in the works of Edward Seago
and Edward Wesson.
The objective will be for you to capture
the scene before you with as little fuss
as possible but with awareness of the
important shapes and forms that
describe the view. By following
Richard's advice your work will take on
a more dynamic appearance leading to
that 'wow' factor that we all seek in our
painting.
