Paint with Peter Cronin in Watercolour
in The Beautiful Lake District where we
will paint lakes, mountains and rivers
around Windermere.
We will paint at selected secluded spots
around Lake Windermere such as
Waterhead and Fell Foot Park plus we
will paint at places such as Elterwater in
the Langdale Valley, Hawkshead or
Cartmel. There is also plenty of subject
matter at Stott Park Bobbin Mill and
Sizergh Castle, south of Windermere.
We will also paint a selection of bridges,
waterfalls, cascading rivers, rocks,
villages, churches and castles. There is
so much choice of subjects to paint.
Peter believes in 'actively' teaching, so
his classes are full of tips, techniques
and critiques, as well as Demonstrations
to illustrate various methods and
approaches. You will also receive one to
one advice tailored to your own
progress as an artist.
Drawing plays a big part in traditional
art and watercolour in particular so
sketching and compositional advice will
be an integral part of every course.
He has developed his own unique
teaching style and methods that ensure
the classes are entertaining, whilst
serious in their pursuit of artistic
progress for the student.
