Paint in the historic City of Wells and

surrounding Somerset countryside with

Andrew Geeson where you will paint

subjects such as Vicar's Close with its

stone buildings, Bishop's Palace with its

moat and the medieval market.

We will get into the Somerset

countryside and paint places such as

Kilver Court and Nunney.

Painting with watercolour's can be a

truly fun and exciting experience. The

unpredictability of the paint allows for a

sense of spontaneity and playfulness in

the creative process and Andrew

exploits these aspects of this interesting

medium with the use of minimal drawing

and loose, expressive brushstrokes

which adds an element of fun and

experimentation to the process. He

encourages the artist to let go and allow

the paint to flow freely, creating

unexpected and unique results. He will

spend much of his time give quick demos

and plenty of one-to-one tuition.
