Belinda Biggs
Belinda Biggs is an artist and tutor
currently living in NSW Australia.
She has been teaching regular classes
in watercolours and other media for 20
years. She also runs workshops and
painting holidays worldwide. Belinda
exhibits several times a year and has
won many awards for her paintings
and has her works in public and private
collections worldwide.
