By Car - Treglos Hotel is in Constantine Bay just off the B3276 from Padstow to Newquay, just off the A389, which is accessed by either the A30 at Bodmin or the A39 at Wadebridge

Train or Bus Station - If coming by bus or train the nearest station is Bodmin and there is a set time when we can pick you up from there.

Airport - The nearest airport is Newquay, which we can make arrangements to pick you up from there or it is a short taxi journery from there. We can pick you up from Bristol Airport on selected holidays. Please call for details.
