Join Grahame Booth on this unique

opportunity to paint Castles and Canals

of the Usk Valley plus landscapes of

Monmouthshire and Abergavenny.

We will paint along the Brecon and

Monmouth Canal at places such as

Goytre Wharf and/or Govilon Wharf,

Castles such as Caldicott and/or

Raglan plus Welsh Heritage Sites such

as Blaenavon Ironworks with it's

traditional cottages and remnants of

an industrial past. The grounds around

the hotel with the lake, reflections,

streams and trees with their dappled

sunlight make for a great subject as

well as painting landscapes, valleys

and lakes in Brecon giving plenty of

variety of painting subjects.

Grahame will illustrate and impart his

skills and knowledge with clarity and

humour.

He will do this through demonstrations

and giving plenty of tips and

techniques. His approachable style of

teaching will enable you to get the

most out of your paintings as he will

assist you. He will give you the

enthusiasm to develop your own style

utilising the lessons so expertly taught

and will tailor any one-to-one tuition to

each individuals needs.
